All dealers must meet the following requirements:

A retail store or design studio that is open to customers on a regular basis
A valid business license, state sales tax number, website URL and email address must be provided when submitting the dealer application.
Initial orders must be prepaid by credit card or company check.
Artisan House has a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Advertising below MAP will result in revocation of dealer status.
Initial minimum order is $850.
Dealer agrees to acquire Artisan House products solely for resale to end-user customers from Dealer's locations. Dealer is not acquiring Artisan House products for sale to any other entity or to any person who Dealer knows or has reason to believe intends to resell such Artisan House products.
Trademarks and copyrights. Dealer understands the value of Artisan House's trademarks and copyrights and agrees that it will use such trademarks and copyrights in accordance with Artisan House's Terms and Conditions . Dealer also understands and acknowledges Artisan House's Internet selling policy as stated in the attached Terms and Conditions (Dealer Price List).
